Child Safety Standards.

Our commitment against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

PlayHub is committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all users. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document outlines our standards, enforcement measures, and reporting procedures.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

PlayHub strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Grooming or attempting to exploit minors in any form.
  • Any activity that facilitates or promotes CSAE.

Users found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned, and their accounts and data will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

2. Proactive Measures

To ensure user safety, PlayHub implements the following proactive measures:

  • Strict Age Policy: PlayHub is intended only for users aged 18 and above (see our Terms of Use). If we discover an account belonging to an underage user, it will be deleted immediately.
  • Content Monitoring: Our team actively monitors and investigates any suspicious content or behavior reported by users, supported by automated filtering of offensive content.
  • User Reporting and Blocking: The app includes built-in report and block user tools, so any user can report CSAE-related concerns directly from a profile or chat.

3. Reporting and Law Enforcement Cooperation

PlayHub works closely with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. If CSAE content or activity is detected, we:

  • Immediately remove and block the offending content or user.
  • Report the case to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other legal bodies.
  • Provide law enforcement with necessary data in compliance with legal obligations.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must not create, share, or engage in any content related to CSAE.
  • Users should report any suspicious activity through our reporting system.
  • Parents and guardians should monitor their children's usage of PlayHub and report concerns.

5. Consequences of Violations

Violating this policy will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Legal action and law enforcement notification
  • Permanent ban from PlayHub

6. Changes to This Policy

PlayHub may update this policy as needed to enhance safety measures. Changes will be communicated via the app and our website.
