Delete your PlayHub account.

Deletion requests are handled by email so we can verify it's really you first.

What gets erased
  • Profile, avatar, friends, clan memberships
  • All snippet, sticker, and voucher balances
  • Match history and stats across all games
  • Chat messages you've sent
  • Push notification tokens
  • Email address and sign-in records
How to request deletion
  1. 1Email [email protected] — if possible, from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in.
  2. 2Include your PlayHub nickname (tag) and how you sign in (Apple, Google, or guest).
  3. 3We verify the request and permanently delete your account and data.

Guest accounts are linked to your device. If you still have the app installed, mention that you use a guest account so we can identify it.

Some records (for example purchase and fraud-prevention records) may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
