Game rules
How to play Merge Number.
Merge Number is a single-player sliding puzzle on a 4×4 grid. Swipe in any direction and all the numbered tiles slide as far as they can; when two tiles showing the same number collide, they merge into one tile of double the value. After every move a new tile — usually a 2, sometimes a 4 — appears on a random empty square.
The challenge is to keep merging toward ever-bigger numbers while the board slowly fills up. The game ends when the grid is full and no further merges are possible, so keeping your largest tile parked in a corner and building around it is the secret to a high score. Merge Number on PlayHub is made for quick solo sessions, saves your progress and tracks your personal best.
